Aisitec HR Onboarding: 5 Key Stages

Stage 1: Initial Meeting and Setting Expectations

Your real journey with Aisitec begins after the demo.

  • We discuss your business requirements within the context of medium and large companies, identify potential tasks and integrations with other platforms (if they exist), timelines, and budget.

  • We establish incident management protocols

  • We formalize the contract

  • Immediately upon contract signing, we open the HR platform for the first authorized user

Stage 2: Implementation Plan Development After the initial meeting, we create the implementation plan together:

Work Plan: We determine data migration methods and timelines for your company

Phased Approach: If data migration isn't required, we proceed directly to system configuration. However, HR staff can start working in the system by creating positions, organizational structure, and uploading employee personal cards.

If migration is necessary, the process proceeds in stages so the HR administrator can monitor each migration phase in real-time and make corrections or add new additional data as needed.

Aisitec HR includes multiple modules - Administration, Document Management, Payroll, Time Tracking, 360° Assessment, and more. We plan their implementation in clusters to keep the process manageable rather than overwhelming.

Stage 3: Technical Implementation and Configuration

Parallel to migration, the system is configured to your organizational structure and operations:

System Configuration:

  • Creating necessary system roles alongside default ones

  • Setting company parameters such as company logo, contract expiration notification duration, default working hours per day, etc.

  • Configuring approval workflows for each HR process

  • Uploading contract templates

  • Customizing shift and time tracking parameters, including defining leave types

  • Configuring Payroll according to your financial requirements

Stage 4: Training and Team Preparation

Technology alone isn't enough - your team needs to know how to use it effectively:

Role-Based Training: Training is conducted for HR staff, divided thematically into 3 parts, with a duration determined by several hours, no more than 4 hours per training session.

Full Support: Parallel to training, our team is available throughout the onboarding process for all questions and assistance.
