2. Change of salary and terms on any given day
Aisitec Payroll allows companies to run payroll either once or twice per month. The system supports configuring different payout schemes, such as:
-
At the beginning of the month: paying for the last 10 days of the previous month, and at the end of the month: paying for 20 days of the current month.
-
At the beginning of the month: paying for the first 15 days, and at the end of the month: paying for the remaining 15–16 days.
-
Any other model the organization may require.
This flexibility enables companies to tailor their payroll structure to their operational needs.
2. Salary allocation and automatic calculation
Often, after payroll is processed, companies need to make changes — such as a mid-month salary increase or registering unpaid leave on days that have already been calculated.
The system handles all such cases automatically and carries any necessary adjustments into the following month.
Examples:
- If payroll is processed on the 27th and the salary is increased on the 28th, the difference between the old and new salary is automatically added to the next month.
- If an employee takes unpaid leave after payroll is processed, the corresponding amount is deducted in the following month.
- When a new employee is hired mid-month, their salary is calculated based on the working days of that month.
- When hiring a reserve employee, their compensation depends on their actual working day and the salary of the employee they are replacing.
All of these scenarios are fully automated within the Aisitec system.
3. Hourly and daily compensation
The system supports monthly, hourly, and daily compensation models.
An employee’s salary is calculated based on the actual hours or days worked, fully aligned with all labor law requirements.
4. Multi-currency compensation
Aisitec Payroll enables employee compensation in multiple currencies.
-
All allowances and deductions can be applied in a specific currency based on contract terms.
-
When needed, amounts are converted into the company’s base currency.
-
At the moment of calculation, the official exchange rate is recorded and used for all payroll computations.
This capability is especially valuable for international organizations.
5. Support for reserve (backup) employees
In many companies, reserve employees step in to replace full-time staff when needed.
The Aisitec system automatically calculates their salary based on the time they worked and the compensation of the employee they are substituting.
6. Overtime compensation coefficients
Companies often operate with different work schedules and compensation structures. Aisitec Payroll allows you to define custom overtime coefficients for:
-
Night hours
-
Hours worked on rest days
-
Specific positions or organizational units
The system then applies these rules automatically and performs all necessary calculations.
7. Counting overtime hours in the current or following month
In some companies, worked hours are confirmed at the end of the current month so that payroll can be processed within the same period.
In others, the confirmation happens at the beginning of the following month, and overtime compensation is included in the next payroll cycle. The Aisitec system fully supports both approaches.
8. Management of allowances and deductions
Aisitec Payroll enables companies to define and automatically apply any type of allowance or deduction, including:
-
Fixed amounts (e.g., insurance, rent, enforcement payments)
-
Percentage-based amounts (e.g., bonuses)
-
One-time or recurring payments
-
Permanent allowances
The system also includes a bulk update feature, significantly simplifying the management process.
9. Import of external accruals/deductions
If bonuses or deductions are calculated in external systems, the Aisitec platform allows you to upload them in bulk.
The uploaded data goes through an approval process and is then automatically incorporated into payroll calculations.
10. Full compliance with labor legislation
Aisitec Payroll is fully compliant with Georgian labor legislation.
-
For hourly employees, vacation pay is calculated based on the average compensation of the previous three months.
-
For employees on a 40-hour weekly schedule, any excess hours are automatically counted as overtime.
-
All regulations defined by labor law are reflected and enforced within the system.
This ensures full protection of both company and employee interests.
